Our story begins in 2007 when under a different company name, we pioneered the first executive search and HR & Talent advisory firm to specifically work within the ethical finance and Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) industry on a global basis.

In 2008 we opened an office in Dubai and worked with a variety of clients throughout the Middle East and Asia.

Today we have relocated back to London and work across the UK and internationally with clients on a

project-by-project basis providing executive search and human capital expertise
across a range of functions & industry landscapes.
